KH Properties new office headquarters brings an existing building to new life with a fresh interior renovation. The new headquarters will act as the central hub for its surrounding offices. Designed as a place of comfort and a beacon of hospitality, the new office will support the creative culture of its employees and exude the core values of its foundation; community, integrity and quality. The space will offer a sense of home to the Kansas City team and a retreat as employees travel from other cities.

The interior space plan was designed with heads down work, collaborative work and team bonding in mind. A clean, nature-inspired interior finish palette was curated with tailored detail to offer similarities to the residential spaces the company manages throughout the US.
