Molly Sotelo, Interior Desginer
Born and raised in Kansas City, Molly earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Kansas State University. Following graduation, she began her professional career contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects, including community and aquatic centers, corporate offices, civic buildings, churches, and academic facilities.
Through this experience, Molly developed a strong foundation in design strategy, space planning, material selection, construction documentation, and construction administration. She is particularly drawn to the concept development phase of a project and enjoy material exploration, 3D modeling and rendering, and graphic communication. Her passion lies in creating functional, thoughtfully designed environments that enhance the way people live, work, and gather.
Beyond her professional work, Molly is actively involved in the International Interior Design Association Mid-America Chapter, where she serves as Vice President of Communications. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family, tackling home renovation projects with her husband, and exploring new restaurants, travel destinations, coffee shops, fashion, and art.
