Collaboration with Wulff Building + Additions
New construction homes continue to infill our neighborhoods as families find their way back to our city core. For this couple, the typical new construction aesthetic was not the right fit. They worked closely with Wulff Building + Additions to select a floor plan that best fit their family. We were brought on to work with the builder and increase the overall function of the spaces, as well as to push the feel to a more modern aesthetic. The design features clean, light surfaces and timeless textures. Natural light pours into the space and bounces around the light walls. Chrome hardware and fixtures give a hint of sparkle and the owners' eclectic blend of furnishings provide a comfortable living space for this young family.
